Su Thone Paing, a member of the No. 2 Mayangone Students Union of the All Burma Federation of Student Unions (ABFSU), was sentenced to three years in prison by the Mayangone Township Court on March 30, according to the ABFSU.

Su Thone Paing, age 18, is a high school student and was forcibly arrested on October 26, 2022, and sentenced to prison.
